Job Description:
JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for developing and implementing the global strategy of the E-Commerce business, achieving online sales goals and managing the day-to-day operations of the E-Commerce department.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Manage the staff activity on a daily basis Function as primary member of personal shopper service Partner with marketing to create online promotions Function as liasion with e-commerce consultant Oversee fulfillment logistics of online and phone orders Review daily reports on sales and shipments Prepare and execute planning calendar for email campaigns Analyze customer demographics and purchasing behavior to monitor trends Work with merchandising on product selection and pricing Work with online marketing, email database acquisition, and website work
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Understanding of the complete online transaction process, conception to fulfillment Effective communication skills, time management, organizational skills, ability to be detailed and customer service oriented Ability to manage several projects at the same time Understanding of site development and site administration a plus Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and site analytics Knowledge of Social Media platforms Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook English and Cantonese fluency to business Proficient in Japanese is preferred
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: College degree in related field 3-5 years of retail e-commerce experience 2-3 years of retail sales experience Proven sales ability and selling skills
